Local Delivery

All orders placed on our Website are subject to the availability of products and will be shipped in accordance with our shipping policies, as detailed on our shipping page.

We kindly request that you carefully review all shipping addresses before placing an order. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if our delivery service has to reroute the cooler. Our guarantee of delivery is limited to the addresses provided by you and confirmed on the order acknowledgement, given the perishable nature of the goods we are shipping.

Pickup

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email notification indicating that your order is ready for pick up. To collect your order, you are required to provide your name and order number at the designated pick-up location. It is essential that you retrieve your order within the specified time frame, as outlined in your email notification. 

We kindly request that you refrain from visiting the pickup location unless you have been notified that your order is available for collection.

Please note that failure to pick up your purchase within the designated time frame will result in a refund in the form of a store credit only.

Nationwide Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the control of our trusted third-party partners such as UPS, and your order is subject to their policies and procedures. You will receive shipment information including a tracking number when your order is accepted and shipped.

Please be advised that once the carrier has taken possession of your order, we cannot be held liable for any delay, damage, or missed deliveries. If any issue arises with your shipment or there is a delay, you should address it directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number. If you encounter a delay, we require that you assume all risk to inspect the packaging contents prior to consumption.

If there is an issue as a result of delayed shipment or misdelivery, you must notify the carrier of the issue. After contacting the carrier, if you believe there has been an error with your order, please notify us at customerservice@algharbgourmet.com. We may take steps to ensure your satisfaction, including shipping a replacement order. It may be necessary for you to report shipping issues to the carrier for us to be reimbursed for a replacement delivery.

Please note that while we will take remedial measures to ensure customer satisfaction, we cannot be held liable for any delay, damage, or missed deliveries caused by our third-party partners. If you have any doubts or concerns, please contact us. It is important to inspect the delivery upon receipt and ensure timely receipt as we assume no liability for customer failure to do so.
