It all started when our family made a conscious decision to seek out healthier food options. Processed meats have always been convenient for our busy lives but we had started to reduce them from our diet. We noticed a growing trend among non-halal sausage brands as they transitioned away from adding nitrates and nitrites, catering to more health-conscious consumers. Witnessing this positive shift inspired us to find a halal sausage brand that shared the same commitment to clean ingredients and healthier options.

However, finding a healthier halal sausage proved to be a challenging task.

In the year 2020, amidst the global pandemic, as families sought out new hobbies and skills. We decided to embark on a journey of our own.

We delved into the art of making gourmet sausages with wholesome and more interesting ingredients. This endeavor made us realize the void that existed in the halal market.
