At Al Gharb Gourmet, we take pride in the quality of our halal gourmet products and aim for every order to arrive in excellent condition. Because we ship perishable food items, all sales are final once shipped. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
If there is a problem with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, damaged packaging, or a product that arrives in spoiled or off condition — please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@algharbgourmet.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for:

Local Delivery Refund & Exchange Exceptions
We reserve the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges. All returns without proof of purchase are subject to verification. In cases where delivery can be confirmed or abuse is suspected, refunds for lost items may be subject to review or rejection.
