Refund Policy

At Al Gharb Gourmet LLC, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a refund policy in place to help you.

  1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and report any issues you may have with your order. You may be eligible for a replacement, credit towards your next order, or a partial/full refund on your items depending on the issue. Please note that products we ship are perishable, and we ask that you review your orders and corresponding receipts when ordering. If any changes need to be made, please reach out to us at customerservice@algharbgourmet.com.

  1. Local Delivery Refund & Exchange Exceptions

We reserve the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges, regardless of whether you have a receipt. All returns without a receipt are subject to a refund verification process. Refunds issued for lost items are subject to recharge if we or the seller can verify delivery or frequent abuse. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws. Our management retains final authority to accept or decline any item that is eligible for return. Under no circumstance may our management accept the return of an ineligible item. We may always, at our discretion, refuse the return of an item we deem to present a potential health or safety risk to any individual.

We also reserve the right to close algharbgourmet.com accounts, cancel or refuse orders or returns for violations or abuse of our returns policy, or any fraudulent activities relating to returns.

Below are exceptions to the general fifteen (15) day rule. All the exceptions listed below require the merchandise be returned with a receipt and proof.

- Must be returned within 7 days with proof of damages/off condition/wrong item delivered.

  1. Nationwide Shipping Refund & Exchange Exceptions

In cases of damaged, off conditions or wrong items, please provide pictures of the damaged, off condition, or wrong item to our email at customerservice@algharbgourmet.com. Must be notified within 7 days of delivery date with proof of damages/off condition/wrong item delivered.

We reserve the right to amend or update our refund policy at any time without notice, so please review it regularly.
