We are proud to use Zabiha Halal chicken from Amana Halal. At this moment in time, we only carry chicken sausages. All natural casings are imported from New Zealand and come from hand slaughterd animals.

We use only boneless, skinless chicken thighs in our sausages. Unlike other producers who might include skin, leg meat, drumsticks, and various fillers, we stick to premium cuts. This means no questionable or mystery meats—just high-quality chicken thigh, known for its superior flavor and tender texture. Some producers also use mechanically separated meat (MSM), which is made by forcing chicken carcasses through a machine to separate the meat from the bones. This process often includes less desirable parts like skin and connective tissues, resulting in a lower-quality product. MSM can have a different texture and may contain higher levels of fat and less protein compared to whole muscle cuts. By choosing to use only boneless, skinless chicken thighs, we ensure our sausages are free from these lower-quality ingredients. This commitment to quality is why our product is considered premium, offering superior taste and texture without any fillers or mechanically separated meat.
